Rodeo Entries
All Kaua’i District Rodeo entries must be completed online via EquestEvent. Entries are due 8 days prior to each Rodeo event , no late entries will be accepted.
1. Payment:
1. Select events and complete payment at:
JH + HS: Complete 2 separate entries for each rodeo date (1 for AM + 1 for PM rodeos)
Keiki: Complete 1 rodeo entry per rodeo date
*Cutting, Reined Cowhorse and Shooting events will follow the same entry process.
EquestEvent is separate from NHSRA MMS Portal (where annual membership is completed).
2. Forms:
*After completing the online entry + payment process you must upload the following forms to EquestEvent:
1. CJM Arena Waiver dated to applicable rodeo:
➔ upload to EquestEvent + submit hard copy to district secretary
2. Most recent copy of members certified report card (JH + HS only)
➔ upload to EquestEvent + submit hard copy to district secretary
3. Submit Required Hard Copies:

Junior High & High School Rodeo Entries will be considered “completed” with:
completed online entry + payment (2 per rodeo date for AM + PM rodeos)
CJM Waiver dated to specific rodeo date + most recent report card uploaded to EquestEvent (1 per rodeo date
Hard copy of most recent report card mailed or hand delivered to District Secretary by the due date.
Keiki Rodeo Entries will be considered “completed” with:
completed online entry + payment
CJM Waiver dated to specific rodeo date uploaded to EquestEvent
