1. Applicable Fees

Forms of Payment Accepted: Cash or Cashiers / Personal Check - made out to

HHSRA-Kauai $80 HHSRA State Dues / $100 District Dues = $180 TOTAL

Due 20 days prior to the first rodeo.

  1. Kaua’i District KEIKI Membership Form

  2. Rodeo Waiver Form (CJM): signed by both parents and student member

  3. Social Media Policy Form: signed by both parents & student member

Each Kaua’i Keiki Membership should include a payment along with three (3) documents. ALL Membership paperwork and payments are DUE IN-HAND TO DISTRICT SECRETARY NO LATER THAN 20 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST RODEO. These are the requirements to participate in any HHSRA/NHSRA sanctioned event.
